The company's philosophy is centered around balancing the three body systems: the digestive, hormonal, and detoxification systems. Symptoms are seen as signals of imbalances in these systems, which can lead to health issues. By addressing problems within these systems, 800TeleMed designs personalized programs to re-balance the body and prevent health problems.

To assess how each system is working, targeted lab testing is conducted. Based on the results, individualized programs are created to address the imbalances.
